I'm passionate about making exercise fun, achievable and helping individuals to become fitter, healthier and happier. I will encourage you to work at your own pace and I will give support and advice throughout the classes.
For many enjoyable years I have supported beginners with their fitness and I am experienced in adapting exercises to make them suitable for each individual. For example I recognise that getting to the floor can be difficult for some members, so floor exercises are optional. I welcome any new members to classes, just turn up or give me a call if you have any questions
